We leaned against each other for comfort cackling or laughing or in reverie for the past,  the present and the future all rolled into one afternoon of beautiful moments along the way.

We kissed and I rolled onto my side, my head came to rest on your lap; you stared down at me and I saw myself  and I knew you could see yourself too.  I was sure of that  when,  you leaned your head down,  touched your lips to my eye, each one in turn.

It was your way of saying, “Yes I see what you see and I see you and I see what you see too.”
